During installation, ensure secure welding, preferably using argon arc welding or similar techniques. Wind load resistance design and structural safety calculations should be considered. For large sculptures, 3D simulation and on-site surveys should be conducted before installation to ensure accuracy and environmental compatibility. On-site installation errors should be controlled within ±2mm. The structural design should include wind load calculations.

Stainless steel sculptures require regular cleaning. For coastal or high-humidity environments, 304#, 316#, or 316L stainless steel is recommended to enhance corrosion resistance. A fluorocarbon coating can be used in conjunction with regular cleaning (1-2 times per year) to resist salt spray corrosion and achieve low-maintenance results. [Use appropriate protective coatings (such as fluorocarbon coatings) as needed.]
